POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS: HTTPS://, BURIED TREASURE

NOTES
The item no turned up as a book on buried treasure on Ebay. The terminology 'You are now watching" seemed to confirm that it was indeed related to Ebay (item about Buried treasure.). However as it is, this clue was of no value.

However this clue became more meaningful as a latter clue (no 11 - Only eat half your cereal) helped decode this. If we treat 370211931299 as a serial number, and take the second half of it (i.e. 931299), Bing first result is the article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931299/ which talks about the need for IE 7 upwards browser to open digest proxy authentication to connect to HTTPS Web sites.

So the prized url probably uses digest proxy authentication this means that the url we looking for is https:// and not http://. This also nicely fits with original notification that the treasure url needs IE8 to be opened.
