NOTES:
This can be easily traced to a poem done by Edward Lear titled “The pobble who has no toes”
Joe Walker (From a later clue) starred in Dad's army, where Private Frank Pike was played by Arthur Ian Lavender. 'Private' and 'Pike' already matches solutions to earlier clues. Lear's poem confirms Lavender water as the drink, and there is no doubt we have nailed it as the clue refers to Arthur or Ian which is in all probability a mention to Arthur Ian Lavender and his role as Private from Dad's army here.
