FINAL SOLUTION: SAFE

The above, looks complicate, but nicely solves when words are equated to corresponding numbers of icons, in WINDINGS font. Resulting number is 0910203154, which results in the picture of a Safe (yet again) in Bing. http://www.tlslocks.com.au/images/safes/0910203154.jpg

We had the word PRIVATE' emphasized previously via clues, and now it is the word 'SAFE'. Would this something to do with Saving Private Ryan? Or are they throwing keywords that describe IE8 (Safe, Private/privacy)?
