Search on Bing tells us colaptes auratas refers to The Northern Flicker bird from woodpecker family. AM-70 too turns out to be a Minesweeper used in World war named after Flickr, similar kind of bird. So it all points to Flickr, and not so by coincidence TenGrand_IE8's Flickr photostream just got updated with a short video clip titled Clue 27 (The 10cc band clue of yesterday). The clip is in fact from Kylie Minogue's 'Slow' but played backwards with the inserted text 'First' flashing at around 28 sec point of the clip. 'Dive' could become significant as thats the act in the clip when the 'first' flashes, and 'takes to the water' means just that. We have seen 'dive' before too

Also there are more Twitter clues as in the form of newly added tags 'isittimetocheckbackoverthepreviouscluestoseeifyou havesolvedthemall' and 'jonahatefranksbutwasnotcalledbyhisname'
I think this could be a milestone and probably Microsoft expects previous clues to be solved, to avoid getting further confused with clues to come! I guess this could be their way of telling us to reevaluate and correct our direction.
'jonahatefranks' is an anagram of Jonathan Frakes who plays Commander William T Riker in Star Trek, who is referred to as Number One by capt picard. (Thanks Whirlpool, always quick to solve)
In Summary this clue seems to point to the first word, could be 'Dive' or 'Fast' something similar which we are still unsure of
