Default Clue 37 - The premiers of South Africa keep a step ahead of free extremists
Another cryptic clue. Premiers of South Africa refers to the initials of 'South Africa' (i.e. SA), and 'ahead of' free extremists' refers to the 'a head of' (i.e initials again) of Free Extremists (FE). This results in SAFE yet again.
