Isn't viewing profiles of other members allowed?

I can't even view my own profile, I get this message

I got the same page. I thought that only happened with other users, but then I tried to open my page and same message appears.
Please admin, fix it!!

hmm...

Still trying to figure that one out. I have enabled it in all usergroups but its still not letting you guys view other members profiles?

I have posted a thread at vbulletin.org about it.
It should be fixed soon.
