If I give the task of optimizing my website to a company, how do I check if they are doing Search Engine Optimization ethically or not?

It's a very good and important question Jerry. Search engine optimizers accept assured methods. These methods they accept, they call ethical; and which they avoid call unethical. In essence, SEOs say that to perform Search Engine Optimization in ethical way, you need to consider a site's only genuine content pages, and to create new pages for this purposes, if not included in that, then it is unethical. If you find such pages in your site then know the optimization is going in a wrong or unethical way. This is just an example given here. There are many examples - hidden text etc. So anything that is hidden from a site’s visitor, then it is unethical. So if you find anything like this, then warn your SEOs about the things or just change your Search Engine Optimizer. By the way if you go through the SEO guide I can say you will not need any optimizer. You can do it by your self. Good Luck.

胃病　　所谓胃病，实际上是许多病的统称。它们有相似的症状，如上腹胃脘部不适、疼痛、饭后饱胀、嗳气、返酸，甚至恶心、呕吐等等。临床上常见的胃病有急性胃炎、慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、胃十二指肠复合溃疡、胃息肉、胃结石、胃的良恶性肿瘤，还有胃粘膜脱垂症、急性胃扩张、幽门梗阻等。　　急性单纯性胃炎主要由于：　　化学物质如浓茶、咖啡、烈酒、调味品等刺激性物质，或服用水杨酸盐类药、磺胺药、抗癌药、抗生素、利血平、胃上腺皮脂类固醇等药物损伤胃粘膜而引发；　　物理因素像进食过冷、过烫或粗糙食物等损伤胃黏膜诱发；　　以及微生物感染或细菌毒素引起。　　急性腐蚀性胃炎多是由于自杀或误服腐蚀剂如强酸强碱引起。　　急性糜烂性（出血性）胃炎多发生于手术、烧伤、休克、创伤、多器官衰竭等引起的应激状态及饮酒或服用非甾体类药物引起，在上消化道出血中占20%左右。　　急性化脓性胃炎主要是由链球菌、葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌等细菌感染胃壁引起的化脓性疾病，又称作为蜂窝组织炎性胃炎。　　急性胃炎是可逆性疾病，通过治疗完全可以恢复正常。通过恰当的治疗，很多急性胃炎患者是完全可以得到有效彻底康复的，其特点就是来的快、去得也快。但是，如果治疗不及时或不彻底以及饮食不当，病情长期存在的话，就会转化为慢性胃炎。　　慢性胃炎　　慢性胃炎是指由于各种原因所致的胃黏膜慢性炎症改变。是一种最为常见病和多发病。特点就是男性发病率高于女性，而且发病率随着年龄增长而呈上升趋势。慢性胃炎其实质是胃黏膜上皮遭受反复损害后，由于黏膜特异的再生能力，以致黏膜发生改建，而且最终导致不可逆的固有胃腺体的萎缩，甚至消失。　　慢性胃炎形成的病因　　现在普遍认为是致病菌特别是HP（幽门螺旋杆菌）的慢性持续性感染；　　再有就是急性胃炎转化而来；　　和急性胃炎一样，过热过冷过于粗糙的食物等物理因素也是其病因之一；　　还有化学因素，如浓茶、咖啡、烈酒、调味品等；　　长期大量服用非甾体类药物（如阿司匹林，吲哚美辛等）可抑制胃黏膜前列腺素的合成，破坏黏膜屏障而引起；　　吸烟时烟草中的尼古丁既影响胃黏膜的血液循环，又可导致幽门括约肌功能紊乱，造成胆汁返流，而各种胆汁返流均可破坏黏膜屏障从而导致慢性胃炎的发生；　　另外，免疫因素也是形成慢性胃炎的原因。　　慢性胃炎的分类　　主要有慢性浅表性胃炎和慢性萎缩性胃炎，两者有时间同时存在。　　慢性浅表性胃炎包括单纯型，糜烂型及出血型三种。　　慢性萎缩性胃炎分为两种类型：　　A型，病变发生在胃体，壁细胞抗体呈阳性，　　B型，病变主要在胃窦，壁细胞抗体呈阴性。　　我国以后者较为常见。　　另外，还有一种查不出明显病变的胃病，就是非溃疡性消化不良。非溃疡性消化不良是一种功能性胃病，也有少部分属于轻度器质性病变，过去很多医生将该病诊断为慢性胃炎、胃神经功能症、胃肠道植物神经功能紊乱、胃功能性消化不良、胃痉挛等。据最新流行病学权威调查，这种病在人群中的发病率高达10%，也是胃的常见和多发病。　　患者会有间歇性或持续性上腹隐痛或偶有剧痛及不适、恶心、呕吐、反酸、烧心等上消化道症状，但临床检查如胃镜、上消化道钡剂造影和肝胆胰B超等，并不能发现胃和其他脏器有引起这些症状的器质性病变或轻微病变。也就是说胃的主观症状较多，但客观检查阳性发现少或者无。　　其病因应与胃运动功能障碍、胃十二指肠轻度炎症、精神因素有关。　　胃病忌吃“生冷硬”，可以多吃小米粥。　　胃病饮食：得了胃病饮食上要注意以下11条原则：　　1.少吃油炸食物：因为这类食物不容易消化，会加重消化道负担，多吃会引起消化不良，还会使血脂增高，对健康不利。　　2.少吃腌制食物：这些食物中含有较多的盐分及某些可致癌物，不宜多吃。　　3.少吃生冷食物刺激性食物：生冷和刺激性强的食物对消化道黏膜具有较强的刺激作用，容易引起腹泻或消化道炎症。　　4.规律饮食：研究表明，有规律地进餐，定时定量，可形成条件反射，有助于消化腺的分泌，更利于消化。　　5.定时定量：要做到每餐食量适度，每日3餐定时，到了规定时间，不管肚子饿不饿，都应主动进食，避免过饥或过饱。　　6.温度适宜：饮食的温度应以“不烫不凉”为度。　　7.细嚼慢咽：以减轻胃肠负担。对食物充分咀嚼次数愈多，随之分泌的唾液也愈多，对胃黏膜有保护作用。　　8.饮水择时：最佳的饮水时间是晨起空腹时及每次进餐前1小时，餐后立即饮水会稀释胃液，用汤泡饭也会影响食物的消化。　　9.注意防寒：胃部受凉后会使胃的功能受损，故要注意胃部保暖不要受寒。　　10.避免刺激：不吸烟，因为吸烟使胃部血管收缩，影响胃壁细胞的血液供应，使胃黏膜抵抗力降低而诱发胃病。应少饮酒，少吃辣椒、胡椒等辛辣食物。　　11.补充维生素C：维生素C对胃有保护作用，胃液中保持正常的维生素C的含量，能有效发挥胃的功能，保护胃部和增强胃的抗病能力。因此，要多吃富含维生素C的蔬菜和水果。　　A、溃疡病饮食原则：1.少量多餐，每日 5-6 餐，注意定时定量，避免过饥过饱。选用易消化、营养价值高及保护胃的食物。2.烹调方法：宜用蒸、熬、煮、氽、烩等烹调方法，忌用煎炸的食物。3.忌用粗纤维多、硬而不消化的食物。避免用过甜、过酸、过冷、过热、及辛辣食物。　　B、浅表性胃炎饮食原则：1.少量多餐，每日 5-6 餐。可增加无糖牛奶、苏打饼干、多碱馒头等。2.烹调方法：宜用蒸、熬、煮、氽、烩等烹调方法。忌用煎、炸、烹、溜、烧、生拌的食物。宜进食奶油、和黄油（可抑制胃酸分泌）。3.忌食粗纤维多的蔬菜、咖啡、浓茶、烈酒、辣、酸、芥末及过甜的食物。　　C、萎缩性胃炎饮食原则：1.少量多餐，每日 6 餐，选择易消化的食物。可适量增加醋调味并助消化。2.进食含优质蛋白质及铁丰富的食物。进食新鲜绿叶蔬菜，如番茄、油菜、菠菜、胡萝卜等。进食肉汁及浓肉汤有助于胃液分泌。3.限制含碱多的面条、馒头、奶油、黄油等能中和胃酸分泌的食物。　　D、胃切除术后饮食原则：1.选用排空较慢的粘稠性、易消化食物。少量多餐根据吸收情况逐渐增加饮食中的质和量。2.宜供给高蛋白、高脂肪、高热能、低碳水化合物、少渣、易消化食物。注意补充各种维生素及铁、钾、钠、氯等。少用单糖及双糖，预防诱发倾倒综合征。

Join Date: May 2008 Posts: 448 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts iTrader: (0) Reputation: 10	胃病胃病　　所谓胃病，实际上是许多病的统称。它们有相似的症状，如上腹胃脘部不适、疼痛、饭后饱胀、嗳气、返酸，甚至恶心、呕吐等等。临床上常见的胃病有急性胃炎、慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、胃十二指肠复合溃疡、胃息肉、胃结石、胃的良恶性肿瘤，还有胃粘膜脱垂症、急性胃扩张、幽门梗阻等。　　急性单纯性胃炎主要由于：　　化学物质如浓茶、咖啡、烈酒、调味品等刺激性物质，或服用水杨酸盐类药、磺胺药、抗癌药、抗生素、利血平、胃上腺皮脂类固醇等药物损伤胃粘膜而引发；　　物理因素像进食过冷、过烫或粗糙食物等损伤胃黏膜诱发；　　以及微生物感染或细菌毒素引起。　　急性腐蚀性胃炎多是由于自杀或误服腐蚀剂如强酸强碱引起。　　急性糜烂性（出血性）胃炎多发生于手术、烧伤、休克、创伤、多器官衰竭等引起的应激状态及饮酒或服用非甾体类药物引起，在上消化道出血中占20%左右。　　急性化脓性胃炎主要是由链球菌、葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌等细菌感染胃壁引起的化脓性疾病，又称作为蜂窝组织炎性胃炎。　　急性胃炎是可逆性疾病，通过治疗完全可以恢复正常。通过恰当的治疗，很多急性胃炎患者是完全可以得到有效彻底康复的，其特点就是来的快、去得也快。但是，如果治疗不及时或不彻底以及饮食不当，病情长期存在的话，就会转化为慢性胃炎。　　慢性胃炎　　慢性胃炎是指由于各种原因所致的胃黏膜慢性炎症改变。是一种最为常见病和多发病。特点就是男性发病率高于女性，而且发病率随着年龄增长而呈上升趋势。慢性胃炎其实质是胃黏膜上皮遭受反复损害后，由于黏膜特异的再生能力，以致黏膜发生改建，而且最终导致不可逆的固有胃腺体的萎缩，甚至消失。　　慢性胃炎形成的病因　　现在普遍认为是致病菌特别是HP（幽门螺旋杆菌）的慢性持续性感染；　　再有就是急性胃炎转化而来；　　和急性胃炎一样，过热过冷过于粗糙的食物等物理因素也是其病因之一；　　还有化学因素，如浓茶、咖啡、烈酒、调味品等；　　长期大量服用非甾体类药物（如阿司匹林，吲哚美辛等）可抑制胃黏膜前列腺素的合成，破坏黏膜屏障而引起；　　吸烟时烟草中的尼古丁既影响胃黏膜的血液循环，又可导致幽门括约肌功能紊乱，造成胆汁返流，而各种胆汁返流均可破坏黏膜屏障从而导致慢性胃炎的发生；　　另外，免疫因素也是形成慢性胃炎的原因。　　慢性胃炎的分类　　主要有慢性浅表性胃炎和慢性萎缩性胃炎，两者有时间同时存在。　　慢性浅表性胃炎包括单纯型，糜烂型及出血型三种。　　慢性萎缩性胃炎分为两种类型：　　A型，病变发生在胃体，壁细胞抗体呈阳性，　　B型，病变主要在胃窦，壁细胞抗体呈阴性。　　我国以后者较为常见。　　另外，还有一种查不出明显病变的胃病，就是非溃疡性消化不良。非溃疡性消化不良是一种功能性胃病，也有少部分属于轻度器质性病变，过去很多医生将该病诊断为慢性胃炎、胃神经功能症、胃肠道植物神经功能紊乱、胃功能性消化不良、胃痉挛等。据最新流行病学权威调查，这种病在人群中的发病率高达10%，也是胃的常见和多发病。　　患者会有间歇性或持续性上腹隐痛或偶有剧痛及不适、恶心、呕吐、反酸、烧心等上消化道症状，但临床检查如胃镜、上消化道钡剂造影和肝胆胰B超等，并不能发现胃和其他脏器有引起这些症状的器质性病变或轻微病变。也就是说胃的主观症状较多，但客观检查阳性发现少或者无。　　其病因应与胃运动功能障碍、胃十二指肠轻度炎症、精神因素有关。　　胃病忌吃“生冷硬”，可以多吃小米粥。　　胃病饮食：得了胃病饮食上要注意以下11条原则：　　1.少吃油炸食物：因为这类食物不容易消化，会加重消化道负担，多吃会引起消化不良，还会使血脂增高，对健康不利。　　2.少吃腌制食物：这些食物中含有较多的盐分及某些可致癌物，不宜多吃。　　3.少吃生冷食物刺激性食物：生冷和刺激性强的食物对消化道黏膜具有较强的刺激作用，容易引起腹泻或消化道炎症。　　4.规律饮食：研究表明，有规律地进餐，定时定量，可形成条件反射，有助于消化腺的分泌，更利于消化。　　5.定时定量：要做到每餐食量适度，每日3餐定时，到了规定时间，不管肚子饿不饿，都应主动进食，避免过饥或过饱。　　6.温度适宜：饮食的温度应以“不烫不凉”为度。　　7.细嚼慢咽：以减轻胃肠负担。对食物充分咀嚼次数愈多，随之分泌的唾液也愈多，对胃黏膜有保护作用。　　8.饮水择时：最佳的饮水时间是晨起空腹时及每次进餐前1小时，餐后立即饮水会稀释胃液，用汤泡饭也会影响食物的消化。　　9.注意防寒：胃部受凉后会使胃的功能受损，故要注意胃部保暖不要受寒。　　10.避免刺激：不吸烟，因为吸烟使胃部血管收缩，影响胃壁细胞的血液供应，使胃黏膜抵抗力降低而诱发胃病。应少饮酒，少吃辣椒、胡椒等辛辣食物。　　11.补充维生素C：维生素C对胃有保护作用，胃液中保持正常的维生素C的含量，能有效发挥胃的功能，保护胃部和增强胃的抗病能力。因此，要多吃富含维生素C的蔬菜和水果。　　A、溃疡病饮食原则：1.少量多餐，每日 5-6 餐，注意定时定量，避免过饥过饱。选用易消化、营养价值高及保护胃的食物。2.烹调方法：宜用蒸、熬、煮、氽、烩等烹调方法，忌用煎炸的食物。3.忌用粗纤维多、硬而不消化的食物。避免用过甜、过酸、过冷、过热、及辛辣食物。　　B、浅表性胃炎饮食原则：1.少量多餐，每日 5-6 餐。可增加无糖牛奶、苏打饼干、多碱馒头等。2.烹调方法：宜用蒸、熬、煮、氽、烩等烹调方法。忌用煎、炸、烹、溜、烧、生拌的食物。宜进食奶油、和黄油（可抑制胃酸分泌）。3.忌食粗纤维多的蔬菜、咖啡、浓茶、烈酒、辣、酸、芥末及过甜的食物。　　C、萎缩性胃炎饮食原则：1.少量多餐，每日 6 餐，选择易消化的食物。可适量增加醋调味并助消化。2.进食含优质蛋白质及铁丰富的食物。进食新鲜绿叶蔬菜，如番茄、油菜、菠菜、胡萝卜等。进食肉汁及浓肉汤有助于胃液分泌。3.限制含碱多的面条、馒头、奶油、黄油等能中和胃酸分泌的食物。　　D、胃切除术后饮食原则：1.选用排空较慢的粘稠性、易消化食物。少量多餐根据吸收情况逐渐增加饮食中的质和量。2.宜供给高蛋白、高脂肪、高热能、低碳水化合物、少渣、易消化食物。注意补充各种维生素及铁、钾、钠、氯等。少用单糖及双糖，预防诱发倾倒综合征。 opqr006's Sig:网站优化
